About SCOR MySam

SCOR is partnering with Sports-IT to bring you fantastic online software to help you manage your team(s). With this new software you will be able to:

  • Manage your team
  • Pay league fees from home
  • Sign-up to play on teams
  • Contact team members
  • See schedules and standings
  • Receive email reminders about games and rentals
  • And much more...

Below are step-by-step instructions to guide you through the registration process to become an online SCOR Member. If you already have a customer page on MySAM, please scroll down and select the appropriate "steps to register" option.

NOTE: If you were a SCOR member prior to the introduction of mysam please go to MySAM and select that you are a current member but have forgotten your password. Enter your e-mail address and ask MySAM to send you your password. MySAM will then create a password for you and e-mail it to you. You can them Re-enter the MySAM system, change the password if you like, and continue the registration process.

MySAM First-Time Registration Instructions

1.  Click Here, a new window will open. You need to sign up as new customer on this page. The steps are bulleted below:
  • Under the red NEW CUSTOMER? menu click the "Click Here" link.
  • Fill out the NEW CUSTOMER form.
  • An email will be sent to the email address entered for confirmation.
  • On the email sent click on the CLICK HERE TO CONFIRM EMAIL ADDRESS button and that will lead to the log in page.
  • The "Registration Successful" page should appear next. This will instruct you to go back to the log-in page and log in.

NOTE: If you are registering more then one family member on the same email address you must use a different password. We can add all of the family members to one members page after you register them. Email SCOR to have this done.

2. Now that you are an Online SCOR Member, you need to choose which registration method applies to you.

Steps to register a team for league/tournament play

  • Now you have been registered as a SCOR Online Member, call us at 804.257.SCOR.
  • We will add your team to your SCOR Member account (Please allow 48 hours).
  • After our staff has added your team, every player must also register as a SCOR Online Member via MySam and sign-up to play for your team. This can be done by following the Steps to register to play for a team below.
  • Coaches, as your players sign-up, you will have to log-in to your SCOR Member account and accept these players to your team. NOTE: If you would like your assistant coach/alternate contact to be part of any communications from SCORE, please have them follow step #1 and then email SCOR to have them added to your team.

Steps to register to play for a team

  • Login using your email and your newly created password.
  • Click on the "SIGN UP" link next to your name and all of the possible teams and leagues will show. Then click the "JOIN" button next to the team they would like to join. Then hit the send request button. The team manager can then accept you to the team via his or her own SCOR Online Member account.
