Speed and Agility Camp

Elkin Sports Performance (ESP) is offering a Speed and Agility Camp for ages 11-14. This six session camp will focus on speed techniques, agility training, body weight strengthening and core stability.The camp will take place at SCOR from 6:30 – 7:30 pm on the following Tuesday and Thursday nights:December 2, 4, 9, 11, 16 and 18. Richmond Kickers Indoor Comes to SCOR

Richmond, VA – (Thursday, April 3, 2008) – The Richmond Kickers are pleased to announce a partnership with Richmond’s new indoor sports facility, Sports Center Of Richmond (SCOR).  The new partnership will facilitate the addition of a Premier Arena Soccer League (PASL) indoor soccer franchise under the Kickers player development umbrella. Richmond Police Athletic League Lacrosse Clinic/League Coming to SCOR

* New for 2009 clinic divided into age specific groups for a one hour session.

Lacrosse Clinic - December 20th The Richmond Police Athletic League and Richmond's state-of-the-art indoor sports facility, SCOR, present Indoor Lacrosse Clinic for Kids 6-15 at SCOR on December 20, 2008.

Want to try your hand at indoor lacrosse? Come to SCOR, located at 1385 Overbrook Rd. Richmond Va. 23220 Bring your stick, gloves and helmet and play on the turf.
The clinic is from 2:30pm – to 3:30pm for youth 12 and under and 3:30pm - 4:30pm for youth 13 and older. Cost will be $10 per person. Each child will receive a tee shirt while supplies last.
