Elkin Sports Performance will offer sport performance training, geared to the scholastic athlete ranging from 7 years old to 18 years old. This training will include a speed, agility and strength training components that are age appropriate. These groups will be divided by ages 7-10, 11-14 and 15-18 years old. The group sizes will be limited to ensure advanced coaching and supervision in each group.
ESP will also offer general fitness training geared to men and women from 18 years old and above. Training will be offered in small group training and personal training. ESP will offer a place for clients to reach their goals in an environment that offers values such as hard work, discipline, desire, and dedication. These values are what ESP believes take either an athlete or a business person to the next level of success.
ESP’s schedule is different from other training facilities. Our groups will come in at set times for their particular age group. This allows the athlete a chance to train with athletes their age. Group training also gives the coach to implement a program that is specific to the age of the athlete.
ESP group size will be limited to 12 athletes for the 7-10 and 11-14 year old group and 16 for the 15-18 year old group. Our goal is to give everyone who joins and trains in the ESP program the best chance to maximize their individual potential.
- 7-10 year olds: Foundational program focuses on building core strength, body awareness, speed technique and agility training. Monday – Friday 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am – 9:00 am
- 11-14 year olds: Developmental program introduces proper technique in weight lifting as well as speed and agility training. Monday – Friday 6:00 pm – 7:15 pm, Saturday 9:00 am – 10:15 am
- 15-18 year olds: High school program brings in formal weight training protocols, speed technique and full agility training. Monday – Friday 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm, Monday through Thursday 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm, Saturday 10:00 am – 11:30 pm
- Men’s and Women’s Adult Training: Dynamic workouts for the adult who strives to be at the pinnacle of his or her health and conditioning. Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 7:00 am, 7:00 am – 8:00 am, Tuesday and Thursday 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm, Women’s Groups: Monday – Friday 9:30 am – 10:30 am
- Full Team Training: This program trains a full team as one, while building team chemistry as each athlete is getting stronger, faster and more agile. Please call for details.
