No outside food allowed. ** Mandatory if more than 10 children.

Notes: $50 deposit is required at time of booking; all cancellations subject to a non-refundable $20 registration fee; method of payment - cash, check, visa or mastercard; $15 referee fee for groups requesting additional on-field supervision; party favors, extra birthday t-shirts, extra pizza available for an additional charge; shinguards are required for all participants.
